• To prepare the villa before your arrival — bathrobe and pyjama sizes, bedding, dog amenities

• To meet the record-keeping obligations of the Ryokan / Hotel Business Act

• The online travel agency you booked through, where applicable
• The Neppan channel manager, which synchronises availability across booking platforms
• The payment provider, for card transactions
• Public authorities, where required by Japanese law

Retention and your rights

• Data is kept only as long as required for the reservation and for the retention periods set by law
• You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time
