Discover a traditional taste of Gifu with wild ayu sweetfish from the Nagara River. The set includes ayu rice, pickles, miso soup, sweet-simmered ayu, a special broth and condiments for ochazuke.
The rice is delivered pre-washed and ready to cook. Simply combine the prepared ingredients and cook them in the rice cooker provided in your villa. Enjoy the freshly cooked ayu rice first on its own, then add nori, wasabi and crispy tempura bits, pour over the warm broth, and enjoy it a second way as traditional ochazuke.

Please place catering orders at least 7 days in advance. Unless otherwise arranged, BBQ sets are delivered between approximately 4:30 PM and 5:00 PM. The Nagara River Wild Ayu Rice Set is delivered on the evening before it is to be enjoyed.
