Every villa is named after a member of Santa's reindeer team. Equipment, amenities and services are identical in all ten villas; the difference is the name on the door, the colour it carries and the character that comes with it.

KIRIN beer dispensers are installed in four villas — two on the right-hand side and two on the left. Kegs are 7 litres, ¥8,800, and can be pre-ordered; advance ordering is not required but makes the handover smoother.

The reindeer team

Far away in snowy Lapland live the magical reindeer who pull Santa's sleigh and deliver Christmas presents around the world. Each reindeer has its own personality and its own colour, making them easy to recognise. At Hirugano Lapland, Santa Claus's home in Japan, homes have been built for these reindeer — and the colour of each home matches the colour of its reindeer, so everyone can tell at a glance which reindeer the house belongs to.
