Our sports court is open — free for guests, lit for evening play

A multi-purpose sports court is now open on the grounds of HIRUGANO LAPLAND. During the warmer months, guests of all ages can enjoy active time together, and use of the court and equipment is complimentary for guests staying with us.

A proper court, lit for evening play

The court features a dedicated sports surface, protective net fencing, game markings, and evening lighting, allowing guests to continue playing after dark. Guests can enjoy volleyball, basketball, mini football, pickleball, and badminton.

Sports equipment is available

• Volleyball — net and balls of different weights for players of different ages
• Basketball — basketball hoop and balls of different weights
• Mini football — goals and a ball
• Pickleball — nets, paddles, and balls
• Badminton — 2 portable nets, allowing two groups to play at the same time, rackets and shuttlecocks

Using the court

At present, use of the sports court and equipment is complimentary for Hirugano Lapland guests. Equipment is available subject to availability. The sports court is a seasonal facility and is available during snow-free periods. Use of the court is subject to weather conditions.
